On Monday, April 7, 2014, the San Bernadino City Council discussed recent events regarding animal negligence at the San Bernardino City Shelter. Marla Tauscher, an attorney who specializes in Animal Law, took the floor and accused the shelter of animal abuse, cruelty, and neglect.
