Jeeves and Noel are in the Vets for an ER Visit

Jeeves and Noel are at Exotic Animal Veterinary Center today for an emergency visit.

Jeeves was running a fever of 105.8 and though his bloodwork was unremarkable, his radiographs show a progression of arthritis in his knees, which is to be expected for his 11 years of age. He is a frail bunny and is being hospitalized with IV fluids and antibiotics. Urine and nasal cultures are pending. We are worried he is declining.

Noel will be able to come home since she is significantly younger and should be able to respond to home care with GI support and antibiotics.

So far the hospital bills do not even reflect Jeeves hospitalization yet. Please see Zooh Corner Facebook Page for more pictures and updates.
