Woolly Woo Returns

The second of the four senior rabbits returning to Zooh Corner is here. Woolly Woo is in pretty good shape, and just as adorable as ever. She has a very mild URI, some matting around her cheeks and mouth, and some arthritis in her spine, but other than that she is in good shape for a nine-year-old bunny. Thank goodness!!
When I brought her home this afternoon she was extremely nervous, trembling – so sad! But she started to come out of that fairly quickly. She ventured out of her pen, and into the pen of her neighbor, Mr. Tiltamus Thump III, esq. Since we are planning on finding them anyway and they both seemed amenable, we let them spend about a minute together. Enough for today, we want to let her settle in for the evening. Seems like they already might be interested in each other. Fingers crossed.

Woolly‘s bill today – for exam, bloodwork, and x-rays, including our discount, was a little over $500. I will post it to this album later this evening. That is in addition to the huge bill and we still have for Theodore Rabbit, our outstanding balance, and we still have two senior rabbits returning on Saturday.
