UPDATE: ZEUS DA MOOSE

Hi Friends!

Zeusie has improved some. He’s not as nervous as he was when he first came here, but is still very stressed when being handled for treatment. He likes the affection but it makes him nervous, poor guy. I still feel that he’s having some dental pain. He’s also a urinating an absolute ton, all of it outside of his box, on a rubber backed mat that is on top of linoleum, right next to his box.

Blood work, X-rays and urine culture show no sign of infection or kidney issues.

He will be going in again this week for a recheck.

Here he is having some fun in our outdoor run. The run is not quite finished yet – we ran out of funds and are needing to wait for Kevin to get a few paychecks under our belt so we can personally pay for it (unless we can take in donations).

Anyway, he had a good time! Isn’t he adorable? He looks so happy. Can’t wait till the run is done! It’s pretty amazing.
